In February 2025, the Seminole Tribe of Florida opened the new Seminole Brighton Bay Hotel & Casino on the Brighton Reservation, replacing the aging “old red barn” with a modern, culturally inspired, and energy-efficient facility that honors tribal heritage while exceeding expectations in revenue, guest experience, and construction efficiency.
