STO POWERWALL PROJECT TAKES TOP AWARD FOR SOUTH CAROLINA MULTI-FAMILY PROJECT

Applicator Paradigm Enterprises was recognized for their work on the Vista Del-Mar project in North Myrtle Breach, S.C. using more than 104,000 square feet of Sto Powerwall Stucco, Sto Primer, and Sto Powerflex Silco Finish on the project. The condominium project is located on approximately 1,000 feet of oceanfront property. The architect of record is Nichols, Brosch, Sandoval Architects and associates.

Another advantage that Vista Del-Mar has is the Sto Powerflex Silco Finish that will protect the structure from environmental damage in such a weather-challenged environment like oceanfront. “Our finish will protect the structure for a long time,” Dixon said. “It’s Flexible so it bridges hairline cracks and it’s acrylic-based giving it excellent adhesion and weather-resistant.”
