StoTherm Premier NExT®
StoTherm Premier NExT® combines the features of Sto's best EIFS, StoTherm Premier, with the StoGuard™ air/moisture barrier system for greater energy efficiency and protection against moisture intrusion.
StoTherm Premier provides superior performance in vapor permeability, weather resistance, UV and fade resistance, resistance to dirt pickup and mildew/algae growth and lowest maintenance. StoTherm Premier combines the performance features of StoTherm Classic EIFS with the enhanced performance of silicone and Sto Optilink® in StoSilco® Lit Finish to create the finest EIFS available anywhere.
The StoGuard™ system provides a continuous secondary air barrier and moisture barrier behind StoTherm Premier to protect the sheathing and other construction components. Starter track with weep holes and vertical ribbons of adhesive provide drainage capability for incidental moisture.
