More Powerful than Conventional Stucco
StoPowerwall™ Stucco and Powerwall® NExT Stucco Systems are made up of high-performance products that are designed to work together to form a superior wall cladding. | Moisture Protection | | | | | |
 | | StoGuard™ Waterproofing/Air Barrier: a superior waterproofing and air barrier system for use beneath Powerwall® Stucco and other claddings over sheathing.
- Sto EmeraldCoat® has a built-in bond breaker to prevent the adhesion of stucco (which can lead to cracks in the stucco.)
- Sto Gold Coat® with no bond breaker may be used with a sheet bond breaking layer in the stucco assembly
Either Sto EmeraldCoat® or Sto Gold Coat® can be used in tandem with asphalt saturated felt moisture protection when a two ply moisture protection system beneath stucco is mandated by codes (e.g. wood-based sheathing) Consult ICC ES Report No. 1233 for Sto Guard code compliance. |

| Stucco Base | | | | | |
 | | Powerwall® Stucco: controlled blend of portland cement, fibers, and other additives to which sand and water are added at the job site. Use for 1/2 inch to 7/8 inch stucco applications. Consult applicable code reports for assemblies and limitations of use: ICC ES Legacy Report No.9838B and ICC ES Report No. ESR-1607. Also consult Sto Guide Specification Nos. S501E or S501G.
Powerwall® Scratch and Brown Coat: Factory prepared portland cement base coat that conforms to ASTM C 926 when sand and water are added at the job site. Use when C 926 compliance is required by code and for conventional 7/8 inch 1 hour fire resistive stucco assemblies. Consult Sto Guide Specification Nos. S502E or S502G. |
