Stolit® Lotusan® textured finish features the Lotus-Effect®, a patented breakthrough technology modeled on the unique self-cleaning lotus leaf. Stolit Lotusan is incomparable to any exterior plaster product on the market. Like the lotus leaf, the textured finish is rinsed clean with rainfall, keeping walls clean and attractive and reducing overall maintenance costs.

Stolit Lotusan is designed for use as a finish coat over prepared vertical concrete, masonry or plaster substrates and in StoTherm® Lotusan insulated wall claddings, including StoTherm Lotusan NExT™.

Standard Acrylic Finish		How Stolit Lotusan works

Standard finish surfaces are less hydrophobic and wet out quickly, absorbing a lot of water. Dirt particles stick easily		Stolit Lotusan has a super hydrophobic surface that reduces the contact area for dirt and water. Raindrops roll off, taking loose particles of dirt along with them. Water absorption is reduced by as much as 50% when compared to ordinary acrylic finishes even after extended weather exposure.
